Thank you for visiting our website. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected and used by Darwin’s Natural Pet Products (Arrow Reliance, Inc.), which will be referred to as “Darwin’s”, “we” or “us”.

Darwin’s is committed to transparency and clarity in how it collects and uses data for its customers and others who visit its websites. For the use of the Darwin’s website, mobile application, blog, and order system (the “Products”), it is necessary for Darwin’s to collect information necessary from visitors and customers to make the site function properly.

This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Darwin’s Terms of Use (the “Terms”) at [link]. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms. Your use of the Products indicates your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not continue access to the Products.

Information We Collect from You

In order to provide the Products and to provide you with information about products or services that may be of interest, we collect information about you such as what pages you visit (so we can return you to those pages if you leave and return). You may be asked to provide us with information through our website or customer service representatives. This information may include your name and contact information (phone numbers, email and mailing addresses), birthdate, gender, and order history, in addition to other information needed in order to provide you with our products and services (such as name and other information about your pet(s)). If you participate in any user discussion or reviews you might provide us a profile picture. To order Darwin’s Products you will need to provide payment information either through the website or on the phone, which could include bank account, or credit or debit card numbers or other information.

We will collect any communications that relate to the Products so we can have them for future reference to serve you, such as emails about changing an order or suspending delivery while on vacation, or feedback about particular product offerings.

We may also collect information about the device or computer used so the information will display properly, such as the type of device, the model, the operating system and software, browser, information, screen size and screen resolution, unique device identifiers, and mobile provider. We also may collect information regarding the access to the websites, such as the dates and times of access, device IP addresses, and other sites that you have visited prior to the use of the Site. We also collect information from your mobile device regarding your location.

We will use the information we collect about you to facilitate the operation of Darwin’s and to process the orders you have placed with us, including for payments, confirmations and updates, and to help us operate, maintain and improve the Products.

We also may communicate with you regarding the Darwin’s Products and other products and services provided by Darwin’s and third-party providers; news relevant to Darwin’s and its industry; and for promotions, contests, sweepstakes, all in accordance with applicable law.

Sharing of Information

We may share your personal information with the third-party providers who help us process and deliver your orders. For example, in order to process your payment, we must provide your contact information and bank card information to a third-party processing service. To deliver your order we may provide your contact information to a shipping company to deliver your order if we do not deliver it ourselves. We may also share your information with vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, and we limit this solely to the Products we offer and our development of new offerings.

Darwin’s does not retain bank payment card information longer than it takes to process an order. At the time of an order, such information is transmitted to our third-party payment processor in encrypted form and then deleted from Darwin’s records. Darwin’s does retain the last four digits of the bank card used to allow a customer to see the payment method of a prior order.

We may share your personal information with third parties to provide you a service you requested through a partnership or promotional offerings.

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations (including outside of your country of residence), private or governmental.

We may share your personal information in an aggregated or anonymized form which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
